Taking Administrative Actions
Administrative Actions are a collection of actions that help you quickly manage a customer's account. The current administrative actions include:
- Suspend Customer Account. Select this option if you would like to suspend a customer's account. Such customers will be unable to log into the customer area.
- Cancel Customer Account. You can use this for customers who let you know they would like to terminate their service. They are also unable to log into the customer area.
- Archive Customer Account. Archiving a customer essentially makes the customer non-functional. Archived customers do not count against your license limit. The records associated with the customer will be present, but you will not be able to perform any functions on the customer, such as collecting payment for outstanding balances.
