Managing Invoices

The customer summary page allows you to view invoices for a particular customer. The system lists the Recent Invoices and gives you the option to show all invoices by clicking a respective link. From this section you can view basic details on the invoice, such as the Invoice Number, the Amount of money, the dates Entered and Due, and the Status. The Available Operations column gives you the option to manage and print the invoice.

To manage the invoice:

  1. Go to the Customer Summary page accessed at Business Operations > Customers > Click a customer's full name.
  2. Click the Details link next to the invoice you want to edit in the Recent invoices section.

Note: You will be taken to invoices management, which can also be accessed from the Finances > Invoices of the particular invoice.
