1. Login into Plesk Panel.

2. Select "Service Plans" as marked in the image.

3. Click on "Add a Plan" as marked in the image.

4. Enter All the Permissions as per your wise as marked in the image.

5. Select "Ok" to save

6: Here you can see your new service plan created successfully.
