1. Login into Plesk Panel.
2. Click on the "Subscriptions" button on the left side of the screen as marked in the image.
3. Click the "Subscription Name" as marked in the image.
4. Click on "Database" tab as marked in image.
5. Click on the "User Management" button as marked in the image.
6. Select the "Add Database User" button as marked in the image.
7. Enter all the detail and select the database name as marked in the image.
8. Click "Ok" to save.
9. Database user created successfully as marked in the image.
