To modify an account created under my reseller account please follow the following steps :-

1) Login to WHM account.

2) Click on "Account Function".

3) Click on "Modify an Account".

4) Select the user whose account you want to modify and click on modify.

5) Alter the setting and click on "save" once you have made the changes.
