To reset the FTP password follow the following steps :-

1) Login to Plesk control panel.

2) Click on "Domains".

3) Select the "domain" on which you want to install the application.

4) Click on Webhosting Settings.

5) Under account preferences you need to insert the new password. You need to insert

the password 2 times and make sure to click on finish button at the bottom right after

you have inserted the password.
