The resource usage poilicy tells Parallels Plesk Panel how much resources to be alloted to a specific account or domain and what to do when resource usage exceeds the initial resource allocation. There are two options avaliable under this policy :-
1) Overusage
2) Alloted resources
1) Over usage :- Overuse policy tells Parallels Plesk Panel what to do when resource usage exceeds the initial resource allocation. Overusage has two options :-
a) Over usage not allowed :- Under this option, when the domain reaches the resource limit which we define under alloted resources, the domain get suspended as it does not have resources to use.You can specify the resource limit "" so that domain owner can be notified once the resource limit reaches the defined alloted resource in that option.
b) Overusage is allowed:- Under this option the domain will not get suspended once it reached the limit of the resources assisgned under his account. It allows the domain to use more resources than initially provided.
You can enable the option "Notify the domain owner about reaching the resource limits" so that domain owner can be notified once the resources reached the limit.
2) Alloted resources :- Under this we define the limit of resources that the domain or account can use,total resources used. If we opted for "Unlimited" option then domain or account have unlimited access to the resources that has been alloted to that account.
