To Manage Address book in Horde Interfac, Please follow the screen shots steps:

1) Open http://webmail.yourdomainname.com and Enter Login information :

2) Expand the Organizing > Then expand the Address Book and Click New Contact

3) Fill all fields as shown the screen shot.

4) Click ADD.
