To Enable and Disabled Website Maintenance Mode in Reseller Account, Please follow following steps:

Here you can switch on or off the maintenance mode for the website. When a site is in the maintenance mode, the 503 Service Unavailable error document is shown to website visitors instead of the actual site pages. If your hosting plan provides the option to customize web server error documents ("Custom error pages" option), then you can use the File Manager to open and customize the error page: Instead of the "Service Unavailable" message, you can write your own message like "The site is temporarily down for maintenance, it will be up soon."

1) Login to Plesk control panel.

2) Click on "Subscriptions"

3) Click on "Manage Hosting"

4) Click on "Websites & Domains"

5) Click on "Show Advanced Operations"

6) Click on "Website Maintenance Mode"

6) To Enable maintenance mode for websites, Click on Check Box "Switch on the maintenance mode for website"

Information: Maintenance mode was switched on. Now your site is offline.


7) To Disable maintenance mode for websites, Click on "Change"

8) Un Check box of "Switch on the maintenance mode for website" and Then "Click Ok"

Information: Maintenance mode was switched off. Now your site is online.
