You need to reset your mailbox password. Log in into your Plesk control panel.

Click the Home icon located at the upper left corner and follow the instructions

given below:

1. Click on "Mail".

2. Select the mail account from the list for whichits pasword is to be resetted.

3. Click on the Preferences

4. Type your new password. Confirm your password by retyping.

5. This will be your new webmail password.

You can check for e-mail using the login and the new password.
