To configure Microsoft Outlook please follow te following steps :-
1) Open the mail client "Microsoft Outlook".
2) Go to File > Info > Add account and Next
3. choose Manually configure server settings or additional server types and Click Next to proceed.
4) select Internet Email and click Next again
5) Enter the Outgoing mail server (SMTP) settings:
a) SMTP server :- mail.your-domain.com
b) Port : 25 or 587 (If domain is on Linux server )
Port :25 or 2525 If domain is on Windows server)
c) Authentication:- Make sure to "Enable smtp authentication".
6) Credentials :-Account Name/Login Name (Your email address and password of that email
address need to be inserted).
