How to Suspend and Unsuspend Users Accounts from Plesk 9.5

Tosuspend a user account and user's sites:-

1) Login toPlesk control panel.

2) Go toClients and click theclient name you need.

3) ClickSuspend.

Access to control panel will be blocked for the user. User's domains (Web sites) will be suspended,

their Web, FTP and mail services will no longer be accessible to the Internet users.

Tounsuspend a user account and user's sites:-

1) Login toPlesk control panel.

2) Go toClients and click the client name you need.

3) ClickUnsuspend.

Tosuspend a domain administrator account with domain (Web site):-

1) Login toPlesk control panel.

2) Go toDomains and click the domain name you need.

3) ClickSuspend.

The domain (Web site) will be suspended, its Web, FTP and mail services will

no longer be accessible to the Internet users, and domain administrator will

not be able to log in to the control panel.

To unsuspend a domain administrator account with his or her domain (Web site):-

1) Login toPlesk control Panel.

2) Go toDomains and click the domain name you need.

3) ClickUnsuspend.
