1. Login into Plesk Panel.

2. Click on the "Subscriptions" button on the left side of the screen as marked in the image.

4. Click on "Database" tab as marked in image.

5. Click the "Add Database" button as marked in the image.

6. Enter all the detail as marked in the image.

7. Click "Ok" to save.

8. Database created successfully as marked in the image.
