To insall Wordpress from  cPanel, Please follow the following steps :-

1) Login to cPanel.

2) Click on the "Fantastico"  under "Software and Services" category.

3) After you go to your Fantastico page click on "WordPress".

4) Click 'New Installation' menu. And you will go to installation screen.

5) Choose your domain name where you want to install "WordPress".

6) Enter the following details on the nstall page :-

a)   Choose the directory where wordpress will be install. Leave blank if you want to install in the root directory.
b)   Fill with your admin username.
c)   Fill with your admin password
d)  If you post an article, this nickname will be the author of that article.
e)  Fill with your e-mail. Useful if you lost or forget your admin password.
f)   Fill with your blog name.
g)  Fill with your blog description.

7) Click 'Finish Installation' button once the installation is finished.
