NOTE: Websites, FTP and mail services of suspended subscriptions are no longer accessible to the Internet users. Suspending a subscription manually may be useful in cases when a website hosted within the subscription gets attacked or the subscriber does not pay for the services:

1) Enter in to your Plesk Control Panel.

2) Click "Subscriptions" at the left.

3) Select subscription which you want to suspend then click "Suspend".
