To switch on mail filtering for a spam:

1) Login in to your Plesk Control Panel.

2) Click "Domains" at the left.

3) Click on domain name at the left.

4) Click on "Mail" tab as marked in red.

5) Click on email address for which you want to switch on spam filtering.

ps

6) Enter information in Red marked box then click OK.

7) If you want to do advance settings then click on "Show Advanced Settings" as marked in red.

8) In White list enter those email address which you does not want to block and mail coming from them is not checked.
     In Black list enter those email address which you want to block.

9) Click Ok.
