Plesk allows you to create databases.A database must have at least one user account associated with it. Otherwise, it will be impossible to access the database.You can create a database user while creating a database or select a user later, for example, if you want to use one of the existing user accounts.

To create database:

1) Login in to your Plesk Control Panel.

2) Click on "Websites & Domains " tab at the left.

3) Click on "Databases" as marked in red.

4) Click "Add New Databases" at the left.

5) Enter information in red marked box.You can create new database user if you want to create it now.Then click Ok.

6) Here you can see that your new database was created.
