How to forward emails to another mail servers in Plesk 11

To forward your email service to another mail server other than the hosting mail server Please follow the following steps:-

1) Log in to Plesk control panel.

2) Click on "Websites and Domains"

3) Click on "DNS Settings".

4) Click on Manage in front of the domain.

5) Enter the MX record of the mail server where you want your emails to be forwarded and Click on "OK".

6) Remove "mail.Domain.com" A record entry, If the destination mail server using MX records, otherwise replace A record IP.

7) Click on "Ok" once you have made the required changes.

(Information: The properties of the resource record test.com. MX 10 mail.gwdemo.com. were changed.)

Information: Changes made to DNS records are not saved yet. The changes made are highlighted below.

8) Click Update to apply the changes to DNS zone or Click Revert to abandon the changes.
