NOTE:When you work with a database in Plesk, Plesk accesses the database on behalf of a user account associated with the database. Therefore, every database should have at least one associated user account; otherwise, you will be unable to access it.

1) Login in to your Plesk Control Panel.

2) Click "Domains" at the left.

3) Click on domain name.

4) Click on Databases as marked in red.

5) Click "users" tab then click "Addnew Database User" tab at the left.

6) Enter information in red marked box then click Ok.

7) Here you can see that database user Mohan was successfully created.
