Please follow the following step to configure email account in Macintosh OS X Mail.

1. Open the mail program by clicking theMail icon in the dock.

2. Enter the requested information:

Your Name: The mail users name

Email Address: The email address the messages will be sent from.

Incoming Mail server: mail.domainname.xyz

Mail Server Type: Select POP

User Account ID: The full email address

Password: The password for the email address

Outgoing (SMTP) Mail Server: mail.domainname.xyz

3. ClickOK.

4. You may be prompted to import your email. This option is voluntary.

5. Your email account has been setup.
